Conor Long was a young man from Boston, New York who lost his life in July of 2018 in a hiking accident 10 days after his 20th birthday. While Conor’s life was cut short, the impact he made on people’s lives in the Western New York Community was extensive and continues to live on today.
First and foremost, Conor was kind. He was always the first to help a student in need, a child with a disability or a neighbor in need of an extra hand. Conor also initiated many programs in the Hamburg School District that showed students the positive impact they could have on their neighbors and local community.
