Nomination Criteria To ensure fairness and consistency, nominees should meet the following general criteria: Eligibility
Must be a business or nonprofit operating in our region, preference will be given to Southtowns Regional Chamber members
Must be in good standing within their industry and community
Evaluation Factors Nominations should demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following areas:
Community Impact –Contributions to local initiatives, events, nonprofits, or overall community well-being
Business Growth & Sustainability –Demonstrated success, innovation, and long-term viability
Leadership & Culture –Strong leadership, employee engagement, and workplace culture
Customer Experience & Reputation –Positive community presence, service excellence, and brand reputation
Innovation & Entrepreneurship (especially for Emerging Leader) – Creative approaches, new ideas, or growth in early-stage leadership
Commitment to the Southtowns Region –Active involvement in strengthening the local economy and community
