Drive-thru job fair will fill up to 45 new, immediate entry-level jobs for a growing manufacturer in Orchard Park
West Seneca, NY (June 25, 2026) – Machine operator, assembly and other entry-level manufacturing positions are among the up to 45 new and immediate job openings that will be filled for McGard by Express Pros of West Seneca during a drive-thru job fair on Thursday, July 9 from 10 am to 2 pm at 3875 California Road in Orchard Park, NY 14127.
McGard is a local manufacturer of high-quality security products, wheel locks and chrome-plated lug nuts sold worldwide.
The up to 45 new openings are entry level manufacturing jobs with no experience required. Starting pay ranges from $16.50 – $21/hr. All shifts start immediately with overtime available. After an evaluation period, successful candidates will transition from being employed by Express Pros to full-time employees of McGard, which has partnered with Express Pros, Western New York’s premier employment agency, to fill these jobs.

A 2nd Express Pro’s job fair for skilled trade positions
In addition to the new job openings at McGard, Express Pros of West Seneca currently has over 100 jobs available for immediate start at more than 50 local manufacturers in Western New York. About two thirds (approx. 70) of its job openings are for skilled trades and skilled manufacturing positions, including CNC, welding, machine operation, precision assembly, and maintenance. Pay rates are extremely competitive with the market and can range from $20/hr. to the upper $30’s. Multiple shifts are available.

According to Express Pros of West Seneca, post-Covid New York State had been in a more than 3-year-long manufacturing recession. That changed violently this spring. From the May 2026 New York Manufacturers Survey: “The general business conditions index rose nine points to 19.6, its highest reading since April 2022. The new orders index rose three points to 22.7, its highest level in more than four years.”
