These organizations provide help to LOCAL WNY individuals, families, and Veterans. Learn more about them and get involved by volunteering, donating, or becoming a sponsor. When you help these organizations, your time and dollars stay here in our community to help our neighbors.

Kiwanis Club of Hamburg

Kiwanis clubs, located in 80 nations, help their communities in countless ways. Each community’s needs are different -soeach Kiwanis club is different. By working together, members achieve what one person cannot accomplish alone. When you give a child the change to learn, experience, dream, grow, succeed and thrive, great things happen.

Kiwanis Club of Hamburg meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday for a lunch meeting at Water Valley Inn. Best known in Hamburg for their ‘Terrific Kids’ programs in local elementary schools and as co-sponsor of Burgerfest – an annual community festival. Click on our logo for more information.

 

Town of Hamburg Lions Club

The Lions Club in Hamburg helps the community in the following ways:

  • Work with the Visually impaired and local eye physicians to furnish eye exams, glasses, and surgery to those in need.
  • Sponsor youth activities.
  • Major supporter of Warm the Children campaign to help local families.

Join them at one of their meetings on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month (September-May) at 6pm at JP’s Pub, 1986 Lakeview Rd.

South Buffalo-Lackawanna Lions Club

Lions Clubs help the community in the following ways:

Rotary Clubs

Rotary’s motto is Service above Self and across the world Rotary works to promote peace, give assistance to women and children, fight disease and improve local economies.
