**NOW ACCEPTING VENDORS, ARTISANS AND SPONSORS!**

• Brick & Mortar Businesses: Must be from the Southtowns. Please register as a Business Vendor.

• Reserve your space and expand your network! Event registration includes an approx 8ft-10ft space with an 8 foot table and 2 chairs.
• There is a limit to each type of business we are excepting to ensure event diversity. We encourage vendors to provide an interactive experience for guests through tastings, samples, giveaways, etc.
• These spaces will be located inside Riverworks near their stage, bar & dining area.

• Artisan/Crafters/Vendors (not brick & mortar): Can be from any location. Please register as a Artisan Vendor

• All Artisans & Vendors are welcome! Limit to only ONE direct sales representative per brand (colorstreet, paparazzi, tupperware, etc.) **Artisans/Vendors will be required to bring their own table and chairs**
  • Spaces are approx 10×10
  • These space will be located outdoors at Riverworks on their covered rinks. **Equipped for rain or shine**

*Refunds given if cancellation is within 30 days (or more) of the event*

Logo on Print & Digital Advertising (local online & print publications)
Mention/Logo in event emails (minimum of three to our database of 6,000+ contacts)
Mention on all social media posts including paid ads
Mention in event press release, sent to local news outlets
