Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Erie, this one-of-a-kind arts and crafts market promises an unforgettable day of creativity, community, and inspiration.
Arts On The Water is renowned for bringing together a diverse array of artists and vendors, and this year is no exception. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore an eclectic mix of booths featuring unique, handcrafted and high-quality goods. From intricate jewelry and bespoke pottery to stunning paintings and innovative sculptures, the festival’s vendors are sure to impress.

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in these updated policies.
Vendor Responsibility:
– All vendors must obtain all applicable permits, certificates, and licenses required to operate their businesses.
– Vendors shall be responsible for operating and monitoring their space during event hours and are responsible for their own equipment and personnel. The Southtowns Regional Chamber of Commerce will not be responsible for loss or damages.
– Vendors shall not assign or sub-lease any portion of their space.
– Vendors shall furnish general commercial liability insurance with coverage of at least $500,000 and the Southtowns Regional Chamber of Commerce must be listed as an “Additional Insured”. Vendor hereby waives and releases any and all rights of recovery against the Southtowns Regional Chamber of Commerce, and agrees not to seek to recovery from the Southtowns Regional Chamber of Commerce or to make any claim against the Southtowns Regional Chamber of Commerce for any loss or damage incurred by the Vendor to the extent such loss or damage is insured under any insurance policy required herein or which would have been so insured had the party carried the insurance it was required to carry hereunder.
– Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Southtowns Regional Chamber of Commerce and their agents and employees as well as the event venue and all affiliated parties, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees in case it shall be necessary to file an action, arising out of use of the event space which is (1) for bodily injury, illness or death, or property damage, including loss of use, and (2) caused in whole or in part by the negligent act or omission by the Vendor or anyone working, assisting or volunteering with said Vendor.
Vendor Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Vendor
– Vendors must provide written notice of cancellation via email or letter.
-Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the vendor fee.
– Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
– No-shows will be considered cancellations without notice and will not be eligible for a refund.
We recognize that unexpected and unavoidable situations may occur. Requests for exceptions due to extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies or severe weather-related issues) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if such a situation arises. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to work with you to find a fair solution.
2. Cancellation by Organizer
– The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, low registration, or venue issues.
– If the event is canceled by the organizer, vendors will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their fee to a future event.
– If the event is rescheduled, vendors will have the option to participate on the new date or request a refund.
3. Force Majeure
In the event of an emergency or act of nature (e.g., pandemic, natural disaster, government restrictions) that prevents the show from occurring, the organizer is not responsible for refunds. However, efforts will be made to reschedule or provide alternative options.
4. Substitutions & Transfers
– Vendor spots are non-transferable unless approved by the event organizer.
– Vendors may not sublease or allow other businesses to share their space unless expressly permitted.
By registering as a vendor for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined.
