Southtowns Regional Chamber of Commerce Announces Charity Golf Tournament to Support Workforce Development and Student Scholarships

Hamburg, NY — The Southtowns Regional Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce its upcoming charity golf tournament, dedicated to supporting the development of essential workforce skills, enhancing student life skills, and providing valuable scholarships to students. The event will take place on Monday August 5 at the prestigious Springville Country Club bringing together community leaders, business professionals, and avid golfers for a day of sport and philanthropy.

As the modern workforce evolves, the need for skilled and well-rounded individuals is greater than ever. This golf tournament aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by funding programs that equip students with the necessary skills to thrive in today’s competitive job market. The tournament will feature a shotgun start, and participants can compete in various categories, including longest drive, closest to the pin, and team scores. After the tournament, attendees are invited to a dinner and awards ceremony, where we will celebrate the day’s achievements and recognize our generous sponsors and supporters.
