The Buffalo Geological Society is featuring “Fossils of New York” at their 52nd Annual Gem-Mineral-Fossil Show on March 21 and 22 at the Erie County Fairgrounds in the NYS Police, Marketplace and Grange Buildings on Saturday 10am to 6 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm. The public is welcome and it is a great family, student, educational, and geological event for children, scouts and adults. Adults are $6/day and $9 for two days, children 12 and under are free.
There are over 30 dealers, exhibits of fossils and minerals, non-profits, demonstrators, mini-mine for kids, ming operation, fluorescent mineral exhibit, Sandy Cline- internationally renown soapstone carver, and more. Food vendor is available.
