[BUFFALO, NY] – ComputerSearch Corporation has been acquired by EBC HR & Payroll Solutions.
ComputerSearch, founded in 1967, the area’s largest locally owned payroll processing and time management company has been providing payroll services, time and attendance, and parking control systems to over 3,000 valued clients in Western New York for 53 years.
EBC HR & Payroll Solutions (“EBC”), founded in 2004, has become a market leader as a full-service Human Capital Management (“HCM”) Company, managing all aspects of human resources and payroll, for their valued clients. Brian Donovan, President and CEO, has over 25 years of experience in the payroll and HCM Industry.
EBC will be led by Brian Donovan, as President & CEO of the combined company. Along with Brian Donovan, investors in EBC are David Hore, (President of PCB Piezotronics), John Van Heel (former President and CEO of Monro, Inc. (f/k/a Monro Muffler Brake, Inc.)), and Dennis Donovan (Chairman of Stark Technologies). In addition, John Bruno, Jr. will continue with the company as Executive Vice President.
The combined company, now with 60 employees, will offer payroll, onsite HR and safety solutions, HRIS platforms, advanced time and labor solutions along with parking control systems and will continue to operate out of their Buffalo and Amherst locations.
