October 17th 2019 – Amherst, New York – The tradition continues.   “Chefs On the Go” served its first plate of their World Famous Spaghetti Parm at its newly opened location on Sheridan Drive in Amherst.

Complete with fireworks and plenty of fanfare, “Chef’s On the Go” opened as planned on National Pasta Day.  Concept Construction was the Construction Manager and worked closely with Lou and Mary Beth to deliver the restaurant in just 60 days.  “Having been in the planning stages for a number of years,” Louis J. Billittier and his sister Mary Beth, said that this is the culmination of all those collective efforts.”  The new restaurant is primarily a grab-and-go concept allowing customers to come in, phone in or log in their order from our app.  A Convenient Pick Up window allows our drive up customers to pick up their food and be on their way. “You can enjoy your meal inside too where we have seating for 60 guests who wish to dine in” says Lou
