August 15, 2019 – Buffalo, NY. – Ellicott Development has welcomed it first tenants and expects plenty of interest in its newly opened Mixed Use structure at 1091 Main Street in Downtown Buffalo.  Concept Construction Corp. was hired as the Construction Manager to oversee the new, 6 story, 167,000 square foot, mixed use facility.  The New building offers a wide variety of retail and office space with convenient lower-level parking for 50 vehicles.   Plenty of additional parking is available at the rear of the property as well.  The design offers a modern exterior with a range of materials selected to complement the existing structures in the area. The building will internally connect with the former Our Lady of the Lourdes Church by way of a 2-story winter garden, glass-lined walkway.  The historic Church is currently undergoing its own adaptive restoration process in conjunction with the development of 1091 Main and when complete, will offer a vibrant mix of retail, restaurant, commercial office and residential spaces.  Situated in the heart of the City, this exciting new development project allows for easy access to and from downtown Buffalo, the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Allentown and neighboring Elmwood Village.
