August 6, 2019 – Clarence, New York – Skechers USA, Inc., will soon open its newest WNY location at 4445 Transit Rd. in Clarence and Concept Construction Corp. has been selected as the General Contractor to build it.
Owner/Developer Mark DelleBovi, (Construction Manager for Benchmark Management Corporation) said: “We are very pleased to get this project underway. We are further pleased to have Concept Construction awarded the contract and are excited to be working with them once again.” Concept Construction President Matt Shevlin says, “working with Mark and his whole team is always a pleasure. Our experiences with Benchmark have all been excellent and we are proud to have been selected as their contractor.
Work began in July, 2019 on the 7,050 sq. ft. store which is planned to open by year’s end.
