June 4, 2019– Lancaster, NY – The Tim Hortons Café and Bake Shop, located at 6687 Transit road is receiving a fresh, new look. Visitors will be welcomed by an entirely new redesigned exterior and many other customer convenience package upgrades to the interior. Concept Construction Corp. is proud to be selected as the owner’s General Contractor and plans a quick turnaround to the entire construction schedule. Concept’s President Matt Shevlin said “Our plan is to turn this project around very quickly and to do it with minimal disruption to the existing business. That is one of our specialties. Work began on May 13th on the 3,400 sq. ft. building, with a Grand Re-opening planned for the beginning of the summer 2019 season.
