Estate Planning – Monday, November 5, 1:00pm – 2:30pm

Join elder law and estate planning attorney, Laurie Menzies, Esq. as she discusses how to make a plan and preserve your assets. Topics include understanding the state of your finances, available programs and government benefits, necessary legal documents (will, healthcare proxy, and power of attorney), and identifying family or friends who can help you navigate through this process. Incidents of fraud are on the rise as scammers’ tactics become more complex. Sonja Jensen-Schell, Financial Advisor, Edward Jones, will discuss how to spot fraud, what to do if you or a loved one are targeted, and what you can do to protect yourself.
